Q: When Will My Order Arrive?

A: Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days of placing the order, except for orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day (Monday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to the email address provided on your order.

All orders are tracked from our nearest warehouse located to your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Q: Has My Order Been Shipped Yet?

A: Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the email ended up there by mistake. If you can't find your shipping email or think you may have deleted it, please contact us at support@azharis.com. We can then provide you with real-time updates on the status of your order.

Q: My Item Arrived Broken or Damaged What Can I Do?

A: If your product is damaged, please take photos and send them to us at support@azharis.com. We are not responsible for damage to cartons, boxes, or other packaging. We always ensure that the product is adequately protected. However, it is the responsibility of the carrier to handle the products with care; we have no control over this.

Q: I Ordered 2 or More Items, Why Did I Only Receive One?

A: If you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately depending on the stock available at our warehouses across the country. You may receive one item before the next, but we'll make sure you receive all your orders. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will reach you!

Q: I Need To Cancel or Change My Order How Do I Do This?

A: We always try our best to cancel your order or make changes before shipment if you request. However, if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, provided your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, but we are always happy to accept a return if you wish.

Q: My Order Is Still Not Here, Please Help Me!

A: Please don't worry, it's on its way. If your order takes longer than 4 weeks (outside of business hours), please contact us at support@azharis.com. We will check the status of your shipment and ensure you receive it. We offer a money-back guarantee or we can resend your order.

Q: I Entered the Wrong Address for My Order. Can I Change It?

A: If you provided an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped or processed yet, we can easily update your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped or processed, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do.

Q: Why Didn't I Receive a Confirmation Email After Placing My Order?

A: The email may have been mistakenly marked as junk or spam, so please check those folders to be sure. If you still can't find the email and would like it resent, please contact us at support@azharis.com.

Q: I Don't Have a Tracking Number, When Will I Receive It?

A: If you receive your shipping email, it should already be there in most cases. If this isn't the case, please contact us at support@azharis.com for a tracking update. It may take 1-3 days for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Q: What Payment Options Are Available?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Shopify payment system powered by Stripe or PayPal.

Q: Can I Get a Refund or Return?

A: We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. In order to get a refund, items must be in the condition you receive it in with the box, packaging, and all accessories included.
